ÖGOR Preise 2021 für Masterarbeiten und Dissertationen

Die Österreichische Gesellschaft für Operations Research (ÖGOR) vergibt den ÖGOR Dissertationspreis 2021 und den ÖGOR Masterarbeitspreis 2021 für hervorragende Dissertationen bzw. Master- und Diplomarbeiten (keine Bachelorarbeiten) aus dem Bereich des Operations Research (OR). Es können sowohl theoretische Arbeiten als auch praktische Anwendungen des OR eingereicht werden. Die Arbeiten müssen im Zeitraum zwischen dem 1. Juni 2019 und dem 30. Juni 2021 an österreichischen Universitäten und Fachhochschulen approbiert worden sein. Die Preise werden von der scc EDV-Beratung AG gesponsert.

VeRoLog – Webinar series

The EURO Working Group on Vehicle Routing and Logistics Optimization (VeRoLog) is excited to launch a series of webinars. From April on, on the last Thursday of each month, from 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. (CET), one or two speakers from academia and/or industry will present the most exciting developments in their research domains. The initiative aims at fueling networking and discussions on the most important challenges and developments in vehicle routing, logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. The target audience is senior and junior academics as well as practitioners from business companies. The organizing committee is made up of Sophie N. Parragh (Johannes Kepler University Linz), Roberto Roberti (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), and Marlin Ulmer (Technische Universität Braunschweig).
